I ordered this jacket and, to be fair, the material actually feels really sturdy. The stitching is clean too, which is always nice when something arrives looking like it was made with a little effort. It did take a day or two to soften up, because apparently comfort needed a warm-up period, but overall I’m happy with the quality for the price

My order showed up fine, so at least nothing was damaged, but the packaging really didn’t make a great impression. The box looked like it was thrown together in a hurry, and overall it felt cheap for what I paid.

I expected the unboxing to feel a little nicer. I thought about reaching out to customer service, but I don’t really trust that they’d do much besides send a generic response. It wasn’t a disaster, just disappointing and not what I was hoping for.

I really wanted to like this more because the photos made everything look polished, down to the little edges and finishes. In person, though, I kept noticing small things that made it feel less premium than I expected, especially for the price. Nothing was awful, and it definitely wasn’t unusable, but the quality was just kind of okay. For what I paid, I was expecting it to feel a bit more solid and thoughtfully made. I probably wouldn’t order again unless there was a really good discount.

I’m still waiting for my delivery, and it’s been way longer than I expected. When I reached out to support, it felt like they were blaming me for the delay instead of helping figure out what was going on. Frustrating experience so far

I waited a few days just to hear back, and when they finally replied it was super short and didnt really help me at all. Felt like they just wanted to get rid of the issue instead of actually fixing it.

The return process was simple overall. I sent it back without any hassle, but it took a few days for the refund to show up. Not a huge deal, just something to keep in mind.

It fits a little tighter than I expected, but not so much that I can’t wear it. Just from the way it feels, I’d assume it runs a bit small, so you might want to size up if you prefer a more comfortable fit.
